Pollution is the entry of pollutants such as chemicals , noise, heat , light and energy into the environmental destruction resulting effect as to endanger the health of humans , threatening natural resources and ecosystems , and disrupt the lawful kenggunaan amenity and the environment.
The definition of pollution more information is in accordance with the Environment Quality Act 1974 which states that the pollution is any change, either directly or indirectly to the physical properties, chemical, biological or radiation level of any part of the environment with the release, remove or put keguanaan-waste to the detriment of beneficial use, giving rise to a dangerous situation or potentially hazardous to health, safety or welfare of the public or other organisms, plants and animals.
Forms of pollution
Air pollution :
the release of dangerous chemicals or other foreign substance into the atmosphere . Examples of pollutants include carbon monoxide , sulfur dioxide , chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), nitrogen dioxide produced by vehicles and plant industries.
Water pollution :
such as leakage and disposal of chemicals into water sources or the phenomena of eutrophication , to change the content, condition and color whether in terms of biology, chemistry or physics.
Soil contamination :
the diffusion of chemical hazards such as heavy metals,hydrocarbons and pesticides into the soil, until the occurrence of color change, fertility and erosion.
Radioactive pollution :
the emission of radioactivity into the environment.
Noise pollution :
caused by road noise, aircraft and industry, often exceeding 80 dB.
Way contamination can be divided into two of contamination by natural factors, such as natural disasters and pollution by human factors. Pollution is also caused by the attitude of some people who do not have a responsible attitude and love of country.
